BAFA is an independent advisory firm with academic roots. We help
individuals, families, startups and organisations work through complex
business, academic and financial decisions, bringing careful analysis
and disciplined judgement in choices that carry real or lasting
consequences.

The Founder

BAFA is led by an academic and quantitative researcher with over 20
years of experience across higher education, finance and advisory work
in the UK and the Middle East. He holds a PhD in Business Management
(Accounting and Finance) and an MSc in Accounting and Finance, and is a
member of CPA Australia and the American Accounting Association. It is this blend of academic depth and applied financial analysis that shapes how BAFA advises.

Knowledge Pool

Beyond the founder, BAFA draws on a network of experienced Chartered
Accountants, academics and industry practitioners. This keeps our advice
analytically grounded while informed by real experience across business
